First updates for the Improve My Game Jam (Possibly more to come!)

Added 2 new animated sprite decorations for the environment.  Seaweed for the water level and some sparkly Ice Crystals for the snow world.  
Added 2 new original songs (First two snow levels have the new music).  
Updated the level lighting to bring down the intensity and add more highlights, attempted to dial in the brightness of the levels.
Minor optimization adjustments limiting how often the game tries to access information saved across multiple levels.
